The Liberal government has introduced legislation that would break up the Agricultural Land Reserve, leaving prime food-producing land open for industrial development and other non-agricultural purposes.

B.C.’s agricultural land is a sacred trust, one that should be used to benefit British Columbians for generations. If the Liberal plan to destroy food production is allowed to proceed, the land will be lost forever.
