About Amelia

Amelia Boultbee is the MLA for Penticton-Summerland. She was first elected in 2024.

After completing her high school education in Penticton, Amelia pursued higher education at the University of British Columbia (UBC), where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She later attended UBC Law School, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree.

Her professional journey includes working as a lawyer in downtown Vancouver and in veterans’ affairs where she advocated for veterans’ healthcare benefits.

Amelia also successfully ran for Penticton City Council in 2022.

She is a fourth-generation Pentictonite.
