About Amna
Amna Shah was first elected as the MLA for Surrey-City Centre in 2024.
Amna was appointed the Parliamentary Secretary for Mental Health and Addictions in November 2024, and additionally took on the file of Anti-Racism Initiatives in July 2025. She also serves as the Deputy Government Whip.
Amna is a past volunteer and Director on the board of the Surrey Food Bank, and served as the Outreach Director with the BC Government Caucus.
