RICHMOND – BC New Democrat MLA Kelly Greene says people in Richmond will benefit from enhanced programs and community services as local non-profits receive Community Gaming Grants.
“Richmond is a diverse, thriving community – with so many fantastic, hardworking non-profits that keep it strong,” said Kelly Greene, MLA for Richmond-Steveston. “This funding makes life better for people and families, providing places and vital resources for them to receive support.”
In Richmond, 35 non-profits are receiving a total of 1,638,400. Local non-profits include:

Richmond Centre for Disability – $110,000

Richmond Cares Richmond Gives Society – $61,200

Richmond Women’s Resource Centre Association – $75,000

Steveston Society of Children’s Centres – $31,700
In 2025-2026, more than $56 million was distributed among 1,225 non-profit organizations through the Human and Social Services stream of the Community Gaming Grants program.
