VICTORIA – New Democrat House Leader John Horgan sent a letter to Speaker Bill Barisoff asking for an explanation about how Gordon Campbell is being the given the Order of B.C., despite the fact he was still an elected MLA for five days after the close of nominations for the honour.

In the letter, Horgan said the public deserves clarification on the matter to maintain the integrity of the Order of B.C.
