Today marks the 22nd straight day without a public or media appearance by the new B.C. Conservative Leader.
Kerry-Lynne Findlay’s last media comment was published June 3rd, when she told the National Post that she understood the frustrations of Alberta separatists and promised to keep working with an independent Alberta. The leader of the Alberta Prosperity Project called her comments “helpful.”
Then she jetted off to attend a Danielle Smith fundraiser in Calgary.
Since then we’ve learned that the B.C. Prosperity Project backed her leadership bid, saying they had direct “conversations with her” about secession.
Findlay avoided questions when her “friend” Jordan Kealy, who she had campaigned with and had promised to bring back into the caucus, was charged with sexual assault.
Maybe it’s because she’s proven she’ll attack journalists who ask tough questions rather than answer for her own record.
