Christy Clark and the B.C. Liberals told British Columbians before the election that hydro rates wouldn’t need to go up, but after the election they announced their reckless hydro rate increase of 28 per cent over five years beginning on April 1.

The Liberals’ reckless rate hikes will devastate large and small businesses already on a razor’s edge of profitability, and will make life less affordable for families already struggling with other Liberal fee hikes like MSP rates and ferry fares.
