VICTORIA – B.C. New Democrat Leader John Horgan issued the following statement on the occasion of Rosh Hashanah:

“Rosh Hashanah is time for reflection, prayer, hope and peace in our time. It is a celebration of renewal as we reflect on the past. The Jewish community is an important part of our nation’s cultural fabric and continues to add to the richness of Canadian society.
